Baby Babu Diapers Review

What’s probably the most popular diaper style? I think it’s the one-size pocket diaper! Today I’m sharing a new brand of one-size pockets with you – Baby Babu.

Baby Babu pocket diapers have many great features. My favorite being the double opening, front and back – useful for stuffing, but of course, best for letting you leave the dirty insert in the pocket and just toss the whole thing in the wash where the insert self-agitates  out. Hands down, that is my most-favorite diaper feature!! I did find the openings to be a bit small, so people with larger hands might find it a tight fit for stuffing the diaper.

Another favorite feature – double leg gussets to prevent leaks and blowouts, probably my second most-favorite diaper feature! Add to this 3 button snaps on each diaper wing to give you a secure fit (versus the typical 2 snaps), and you have a diaper that can fit your baby great! As is typical of one-size pockets, the Baby Babu can adujust snaps to fit 8-35+ pounds. I am very curious to see how it will fit our new baby arriving in July!

The insert is a 3-layer microfiber that snaps into the pocket diaper (and can be used in the Baby Babu cloth diaper covers too. I also like how Baby Babu has the option to purchase bamboo inserts for parents looking for a natural fiber.

Now for the fun stuff – the waterproof PUL cover comes in so many colors, prints, AND embroidered bums! I received the cutest This Guy’s Bananas buttery yellow pocket with an adorable monkey on the back! My son loves his monkey dipe!
