Our baby is one month old today! Seems pretty impossible, but the calendar doesn’t lie! We are so in love with this little guy!
Here’s our little squishy on Day 1:
Here he is on Month 1:
He’s about three pounds and one and a half inches longer than when he was born! Already he holds his head up pretty well, kicks very strongly with his feet, and tracks with his eyes when we talk to him.
I swear I’ve seen a couple smiles, but… probably all gas!
This past month has been full of: frequent feedings, burpings, little sleep, lots of diaper changes, and a few ventures into the world outside! Oh, and today he smiled at me (melt!)
Can’t wait to see what month two brings!
What a handsome fella! You did it Mama- one month already! 🙂

It’s not gas. He really is smiling. My babies smiled early too. Some of the really early smiles were when my babies were sleeping. Also, I never really understood the “It’s just gas.” thing about smiles. Do grown-ups typically smile when they have gas?

I cannot believe that it is already a month! I also enjoyed the dad’s diary!
