So… I picked up some backup diaper covers from my local freecycle.org group this weekend, and threw them in the wash. Unfortunately, I also had a disposable wipe in with the diapers (yes, I still use them when I’m out because I don’t have a mini spray bottle yet for cloth wipes on the go).
So, I was faced with a common dilemma when you have hook/loop closure diaper covers. These particular covers were an older variety that did not have laundry tabs to keep the hooks from catching, so they got really clogged with fuzz!
Instead of writing about how I took care of this, I will share this how-to video! Enjoy this attempt at a “vlog” style entry!
What other common diaper dilemmas do you face? Tell me about them, and perhaps I’ll do a post to help others in your same situation!

OH.MY.GOD. I have been trying to figure out WTH those things (disposable wipes) were FOREVER now. DUUUUUUUUH, DAD has been leaving disposable wipes in the diapers!!!I can't believe I knew realized what it was. Seriously, we've had conversation about WHAT on earth that white fuzzy stuff could be. LOL. That is hilarious. I feel like such an idiot. Hahaa. Thanks for joining us for TTTT this week, hope to see you next week!

Awesome! We have one of those exact combs. And I was charmed that your little guy wanted to help. And loved your comment about him getting some hair so he could use the comb! Funny.I posted my 8 things about me and mentioned your blog. You'll have to tell me what you think.Do you use disposable wipes only or a mix of reusable and disposable? We use only reusable and it's been so easy - much easier than I thought. They do wear out faster than I expected, though.
