Even homeschooling families aren’t immune to allergy free lunch and snack situations. Since we participate in groups and co-ops, we often have peanut-free or nut-free groupings. Now, not every option listed here addresses every allergy concern. So you’ll have to select for your own particular situations. All of the options are nut free. Some are gluten-free, and some are dairy-free. Some are ALL three! There’s a lot of combinations here to pick from for any allergy situation.

This fruit salsa is easy to whip up if you have a handy chopper machine. Kids love digging into the pile of strawberries and fruit with their “pita spoons.” Nut free, dairy free, soy free. Tomatoes & Mozzarella Kabobs – Kids love food on a stick! And this pairing is another veggie and protein powered options for little fingers to grab and eat. We love the mozzarella balls that are packed with oil and seasonings because it gives the snack a little more flavor. Of course, supervision with kabob sticks is needed. Chicken & BBQ dip – If your kids need a heartier snack, go for these Harvestland Grilled Chicken Strips. Precooked chicken is great eaten cold, on salads, or could be heated up for a dinner.
