Sunhat + Tshirt + Cloth Diaper = Cuteness!

I personally have experienced many Bummis products over my 3+ years of cloth diapering, from wetbags to covers and prefolds. Yes, folks, I’m thrilled to announce that Bummis now has added coordinating sunshirts and sunhats to their swim diaper line.

The sunhats are just adorable in Floppy or Flap style, and in the same prints as Bummis Swimmi cloth swim diapers. So perfectly matched. The crown and brim are UPF50 so you’ve got full coverage. (I can’t claim to know how to make your baby keep the hat ON though!).

Now all you need to add for summer cloth diaper fun is a coordinating sunshirt. Oh, yes, Bummis has those too! In either blue or orange, the UV-Tee or UV-Tankini keep your baby covered with UPF50 protection as well!

I love how Bummis has separates for their swim line – I don’t have girls, but I can imagine how crazy-making it must be to try to take a wet one-piece off a baby/toddler to change a diaper! With the new Bummis tops, it’s easy to just change the bottoms!

The Swimmi cloth swim diaper is generously sized, yet the hook/loop tabs easily bring it in for a good fit on most babies. My son’s UV-tee ran a bit small I thought, but then again, I have a BIG boy and it does fit, just a bit snugger in the belly than I’d prefer! I love the soft stretchy fabric – and it’s made to resist fading in chlorinated water!
