Themed Wall Decor with My Wonderful Walls ~ Review

Our boy is three! One thing I wanted to do for his third birthday is redecorate his bedroom. Especially since we’d be moving in a new baby brother!

I knew he’d love to see his room get a makeover into one of his favorite themes: cars!

When I saw the Transportation set of wall stickers from My Wonderful Walls I knew it was perfect for my car-truck-train loving boy!

Here’s the room before the transformation (we took down a few things to have a large wall space):

The My Wonderful Wall wall decals arrived in a round mailing tube, and at first I was awed at the size of them. The sizes are stated on the website, but when I unrolled the large sheet of decals, I was impressed with the generously sized stickers. They certainly filled up the walls of our son’s very large bedroom.

Installing the stickers was fantastically easy. I just cut the pieces apart and taped them where I wanted them. I left them there for a while to see if I liked the placement. Then peel and stick! Literally, the whole set was on the wall in mere minutes.

The stickers are thick, quality vinyl, with a fabric texture. And they are reposition-able a few times if you change your mind about where you place them. (or if your toddler decides during naptime to take one off the wall!).

There are lots of great ideas for how to arrange your scenes in the photo galleries on the MWW website. I loved the rooms with the green grass and blue skies painted on the walls. It definitely makes the scene pop!

If you want to see My Wonderful Walls in action, check out their YouTube Channel to see all the products and how they are put on the walls!

Now, we weren’t able to paint a background on our walls, but you can see how the scene still looks dramatic in our kids’ bedroom!

Our son was thrilled and watched the whole process, even giving direction! He loves the new decor, and I think it updates his room to a “big boy” look.

I’m especially a fan of the rocket ship on the slanted ceiling of our Cape-style house, and the way the stoplight fits just right in that narrow space by the door:

A wall decal set from My Wonderful Walls is so easy, and can give a room a vibrant makeover! Also, these would make an excellent gift for any boy or girl. There are so many sets to choose from!

My Wonderful Walls offers fabric wall sticker kits, full-room stencil kits to create kids wall murals, and color-adjustable canvas art for decorating kid rooms and nursery murals for baby nurseries.

Thanks to My Wonderful Walls for partnering with my site to present this review and giveaway! All opinions are 100% my own.
