Tiny Tush Elite One-Size Review

Here we go a-cloth diapering! And today I’d like to share with you another fabulous pocket diaper that you should have in your stash: the Tiny Tush Elite Pocket Diaper. I’m always excited to review any diaper, and now that I’ve used some other pockets, I feel I can make a good comparison.

Tiny Tush Natural Baby BoutiqueAbout the Company:
Tiny Tush is a family owned and operated cloth diaper company and their Tiny Tush Natural Baby Boutique offers an array of cloth diapers and accessories, but also natural items for moms, pregnant moms, and babies. With ten years in the natural baby / cloth diapering business, it’s safe to say Tiny Tush is a veteran company in the quickly growing cloth diaper world.

My Experience:
This diaper is working quite well for us as a daytime diaper, and I really like it! Several features make the Tiny Tush Elite stand out to me… first, the super softness – I didn’t know micro fleece could get softer than what I already had but Tiny Tush’s does! It is sooo plush feeling! And I love how they have a zillion (well, fifteen to be exact) fun colors to choose from (yeah, one of these days I’ll get some prints in my stash, but right now I love collecting an array of solids!).

Performance-wise, I asked for a snap closure diaper, because I prefer not to clean the hook / loops, even though I am the resident expert. You’ll be happy to know the Tiny Tush One-Size also comes with Aplix fasteners though. The great part about this one-size diaper is how it has an extra row of snaps to size it, so you have an extra “size” available to you! I loved this because my baby is sort of between sizes right now in his other diapers, so the Tiny Tush’s extra sizing feature works out well for us!
A unique feature of the Tiny Tush Elite is the reverse envelope pocket – the top is actually sewn on the sides so it comes over the back flap. Why is this important? 1) It keeps poopy from getting caught under the flap, and 2) with a squirm-a-worm like mine, on regular pocket dipes the flaps are always getting pushed up his back, sometimes causing leaks. Since the Tiny Tush is sewn down and the top folds over it, the back of the diaper stays nice and smooth.
Finally, I love the bonus snap on the front so you can roll up the diaper and go in case you don’t have a wet bag, which I am all too guilty of forgetting from time to time. This is a nifty feature you’ll love!

The Tiny Tush is an all-around great pocket diaper that fits well, works great and I’m happy to have in our stash!

I want to try the one size pocket, specifically in the red snap. I have heard good things about this diaper!
