A quick toy picker-upper! Lay-N-Go Review

Whenever we leave the house, my son runs around and collects as many toy cars as he can hold. Then he informs me he needs help getting into the car because his hands are full! Silly kiddo!

Now I have a solution for him with the Lay-n-Go® LITE.

This patent pending travel/mini activity mat lets playtime travel with your kids.

Children can spread out small toys like cars or Legos and play. When it's time to go, pull the drawstring and gather all the pieces into a bag. Off you go!

I love this simple concept and wonder why I haven't seen this before! It's a quick and easy way to keep everyone happy! My son gets to hang onto his toys everywhere he goes: doctor's office, Grandma's, restaurants. And I'm not picking up toys that fall out of his arms as he's rushing for the door!

The one I have is a mini, just 18 inches across, and there is also a regular sized one for larger play space. Both are made from durable, water repellant nylon and have a Velcro pocket on the front and a handle for carrying. The larger mat would be great for when several children are building with blocks together. The Lay-N-Go goes from play to storage in just seconds.

The Lay-n-Go® LITE and regular size are both available at PishPoshBaby for $24.95 and $64.95, and come in several color choices! PishPoshBaby is a high quality online baby store giving parents facts, advice, and a selection of the best baby gear available! PishPoshBaby is also currently helping those in need with "Hurricane Sandy Relief Campaign" - giving a free booster seat to anyone whose carseat was lost or damaged in the storm.

Where could you use a pick-up-and-take-it mat like the Lay-n-Go?

Thanks to PishPoshBaby for sending an item for review! All opinions are 100% my own.

  1. Man I would have loved one of these when I was a kid! I remember sitting on the floor playing with my Playmobil - you know, with all those millions of parts - and when I was done thinking, wow, this is going to take me a long time to pick up, LOL. Great idea!
