I love my essential oils for a variety of uses from my refreshing essential oils bath scrub to household cleaning with essential oils. However, when it comes to a daily routine for using my oils, I am constantly forgetting what oil to use for what purpose. And then… how do I apply it!? So I created this handy essential oils daily routine printable to help me stay focused on my oily regimen.
Essential Oils Daily Routine Printable
Now I simply list the oil, my purpose for using it, and how to apply it (topical, diffuse, etc.).
For example, in the morning, I like to apply Stress Away to promote a relaxed outlook on my day (plus, it smells so good, it doubles as a fragrance for me!). I like to apply it to the back of the neck, but if there’s a VitaFlex area you prefer, just jot that down on your planner!
I’ve found not only does it help me use my oils more often, but I’m motivated to find and try new oils for various purposes. For instance, lately I’ve been really unfocused when I work online, so I looked up some oils for “focus” and “concentration” and added them to my list for my after lunch routine.
Example: I’m using Clarity after lunch to promote energy and focus in an otherwise “slump” time of day for me. My oils guide suggests applying this to the edges of the ears, wrists, neck, and forehead.
See? I never would remember which areas to put which oils on before without finding my book and looking it up! Now I have my routine all in one place.
Another thing I do is mark down companion oils that work well with the main oil I’m using. Clarity is enhanced by lemon or peppermint, so I jot that down too in case I want a boost!
You can use this daily routine planner any way you like, but I created it in an ombre color palette, so that it would naturally lend itself towards a three-section “morning, noon, and night” planner. But without the headings as such, it could be used for a general planner too!
Essential oils don’t work in “seconds” like drugs might, so it’s important to have a regular routine to ensure the natural process of the oils has time to take hold in your system and show improvements.

This is a good idea. I only have tried a couple of oils, one problem I have is I want to save them they seem so special to me, rather than use them, something like this would help.
